The rates displayed on our website are valid only on the day they are quoted and apply specifically to the selected service. Prices may vary if any details of the reservation are modified.
A reservation is considered confirmed only once you have received a confirmation number and the corresponding payment has been processed. By completing a reservation, you authorize Mayan Luxury Transfers to charge your credit or debit card, and you confirm your knowledge and acceptance of our reservation, payment, and cancellation policies.
All reservations are subject to availability at the time of processing. Availability is not guaranteed until full payment has been received.
To avoid delays, please print and present your reservation voucher when using the service. If you wish to modify or cancel your booking, contact us as soon as possible at Transluxurymunech@gmail.com, including your reservation number and full name. Changes are subject to availability and possible fare adjustments.
Schedule changes may be made free of charge if requested at least 5 hours before your scheduled pick-up time, and during our customer service hours (7:00 am to 10:40 pm).
The full amount of your reservation will be charged immediately to your credit or debit card. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. Bank transfers or deposits are also available upon request—please contact us for details.
All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD). In some cases, charges may appear in Mexican Pesos (MXN), converted at the exchange rate applicable on the transaction date. Mayan Luxury Transfers is not responsible for any variations (up to 3%) due to international currency exchange rate fluctuations. By confirming your booking, you acknowledge and accept this policy.
All cancellation requests must be sent via email to Transluxurymunech@gmail.com, including your reservation number and reason for cancellation.
If you booked the Economy fare, you are only eligible for store credit for future use.
If you booked the Premium fare, you are eligible for a full refund if canceled at least 24 hours in advance of the service.
In the event of a No Show, no refund will be issued.
If you require an invoice, please send an email to Transluxurymunech@gmail.com with the following documents:
A clear photo of the service voucher
Proof of payment (please specify card type: credit or debit)
Your taxpayer registration certificate (PDF format)
Invoices must be requested within the same calendar month the service was provided. If the required documentation is incomplete, we will not be able to issue your invoice.

Mayan Luxury Transfers operates as an intermediary between customers and third-party service providers, such as transportation operators, tours, and other tourism-related services. While we work only with high-quality, reputable providers, we are not liable for their acts or omissions.
Mayan Luxury Transfers is not responsible for:
Accidents, injuries, loss of personal property, or third-party damages
Delays due to traffic, weather, government actions, road repairs, or other uncontrollable circumstances
Interruptions caused by force majeure (e.g., hurricanes, earthquakes, terrorism)
Customer’s failure to follow instructions regarding documentation, schedules, or service policies
Price discrepancies due to provider errors or outdated rates in our system. If the correct rate is lower, we will honor it. If it is higher, we will notify you. You may cancel at that point, waiving any claim against Mayan Luxury Transfers for inconvenience caused.
If we must cancel your reservation for reasons beyond our control, a full refund will be issued, minus up to 10% administrative fees, where applicable.
By using our website and/or booking services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions outlined above.
